Privacy policy

Your statement files

• Files you open are read by JavaScript running in your browser. They are not uploaded, and their contents are not included in any network request.
• Rows, categories and totals live in the memory of the open tab. They are not written to cookies, local storage, IndexedDB or any server. Closing the tab or pressing "Clear everything" discards them.
• "Download CSV" creates the file inside your browser and saves it to your device. We do not receive a copy.
• PDF text is extracted by PDF.js running in a browser worker loaded from this site.

What the hosting provider sees

The site is static files served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, when your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes ordinary connection data such as your IP address, the page address, the time and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. This is separate from your statement, which is never part of those requests. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

What we do not use

StatementLens currently runs no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or third-party scripts, and sets no cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live and will say what is collected and by whom.
