Reporting a file that does not read correctly

Helpful details: whether it is a CSV or PDF, the bank or card provider, the column headings, how dates and amounts are written (for example 03/04/2026 and -1.234,56), and what the review screen said.

Please do not send your statement. If an example helps, replace names, account numbers and amounts with made-up values first, and keep the layout.

Email is read and answered by the operator personally; there is no fixed response time. Help covers how the tool works; it cannot cover questions about your bank account, budgeting or tax.
